B.A.I. Consultancy  was founded by Kelvin Harper a former Police Officer on his retirement from the Police after nearly 32 years service, of which over 27 were as a traffic officer with over 20 years experience as an accident investigator.

The consultancy provides an evidence gathering facility along with an expert witness service to private clients, insurance companies and the legal profession and is able to offer a wide range of professional services that can be tailored to the individual needs of the client.
