Who We are

BAI consultancy was founded by Kelvin Harper in 2004 upon retirement from the UK Police Force after nearly thirty two years service and having gained twenty years experience as a police collision investigator.  BAI Consultancy still remains under the direct control of its founder and continues to represent its clients across the UK and overseas.

Our Service

Here at BAI consultancy we offer an evidence gathering facility along with an expert witness service. Our client base includes private individuals, insurance companies and legal professionals.  We are able to provide a tailor made service dependant on individual client requirements.
